Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The Run 4 All Women Store uses Printful to fulfill our clothing orders. We therefore also abide by the Printful return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to The Run 4 All Women store within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REASON FOR RETURNS
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer - Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
Sale items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
SUBMIT A CLAIM
To submit a claim, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Detailed description of problem
- Relevant photos illustrating the problem.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
